The Trustees Minutes are available on-line as PDF files. Use
Adobe
Acrobat Reader to read, search and print these files.
- Adobe
Acrobat Reader is available for download free of charge.
- To locate a term within one of these files, click
on the file name. After Acrobat Reader has opened the PDF file,
click on the binoculars on the Acrobat Reader menu. Enter the term to be searched
for (without enclosing it inside quotoation marks)
and click on Find. To find other occurrences
of this term, click the binoculars once more and then click
Find Again.
- To search for all University Archives files containing
a specific term, use the Archives
Search Engine.
- To print the PDF file, choose the printer on the
Acrobat Reader menu rather than the print button on your internet
browser. Make your choices in the box that appears. Note that
documents dated 1990 or earlier were typed on oversized paper;
check the "shrink to fit" option to print these pages on 8 1/2
by 11 paper. Click OK to print.
