Jack D. Burke (living in 2007)

Biographical Summary:

 

Jack D. Burke earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon in 1953, his Bachelor of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary in 1957, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Southern California in 1963. His Master's Thesis dealt with the issue of foreign students at American universities. He later attained a Doctorate in Educational Psychology.

Traveling in some twenty countries, Burke became the Director of the Office of International Services at the University of Pennsylvania in 1963, serving in this position until 1966.
