"Plan of the Town of Hamilton", 1808 map of land of William Hamilton, Esq.

This plan for the "Town of Hamilton" was recorded 10 September 1808 for the area of West Philadelphia north west of Woodland Avenue and Spruce Street. The plan was entered at the office of Robert Brooke by William Strickland, Hamilton's agent. The lots colored in red had already been sold.
