SCOPE AND CONTENT

The records of the University of Pennsylvania Student Labor Action Project (Penn SLAP) document the group’s activities from its founding in 2005 to 2013. The records specifically detail Penn SLAP’s 2013 Justice on the Menu campaign, which sought to improve wages and benefits for staff of the University of Pennsylvania’s Falk Dining Commons.
