Note that the Protocols for the University Archives and Records Center stipulate that "individual employment records of living current or former faculty members, administrators or other staff members, including records which concern hiring, appointment, promotion, tenure, salary, performance, termination or other circumstances of employment," are closed "unless the faculty member, administrator, or staff member grants access in writing."
