INTRODUCTION
The ENIAC Trial Exhibits Master Collection consists of the plaintiff’s and defendants’ trial exhibits presented in the patent infringement case of Honeywell Incorporated vs. Sperry Rand Corporation and Illinois Scientific Developments, Incorporated. The 211 microfilm rolls in this collection combine archival materials from three collaborating institutions:
- Charles Babbage Institute of Computer History
- Hagley Museum and Library
- The ENIAC Trial Collection at the University Archives and Records Center of the University of Pennsylvania
