SCOPE AND CONTENT
This collection consists of two parts: transcripts of graduates of the medical school, 1905-1939, and transcripts of non-graduates, 1900-1965. The latter category refers to students who did not finish the 4-year training program or students who attended certain courses as "Special Students."
Note that the Protocols for the University Archives and Records Center stipulate that "individual education records of living students or living former students, as defined by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974," are closed "unless the student or former student grants access in writing."
Cross reference: The microfilmed medical school student records (including transcripts), 1903-1986, have been filed under UPC 2.72 and can be found in the collection of MF 1, Box 13 to Box 16.
